Return Policy

At Track Car Care, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the guidelines of our return policy stated below.

Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed since your order was placed, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition

  • It should be returned in the original packaging, with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories included

  • The item must be clean, undamaged, and unworn

  • Returns must be initiated and shipped within the valid return period

Items that are returned with visible signs of wear, missing packaging, or damage caused by misuse or mishandling will not be accepted.

Return Process

Once your return request is received:

  1. Our customer support team will review your request within 2 business days

  2. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for the return, including a return shipping label (if applicable)

  3. You must send the item back within 3 days of receiving the return approval

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt until we confirm the return has been received.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Items returned after the 15-day return period without prior approval

Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior approval may be rejected or not processed

  • If the return does not meet the conditions stated above, the item will be sent back to you at your own expense

  • We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy
